Lor'dans Gift Box Boutique ships gift boxes within the United States, shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be at a higher shipping rate, we will contact you regarding these rates - also, please plan on an additional 3 - 5 days for delivery. We ship to military APO & FPO addresses. We are sorry but we do not ship internationally. For all orders over $250.00, we will contact you regarding shipping costs. Standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail is FREE. No additional charges will be added to your order during checkout, unless you select an expediated shipping option. Orders ship once credit card confirmation has been received. Standard shipping takes from 2-7 business days depending on the location of your receipient. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. A delayed shipping option is available, allowing you to place your order now and have it shipped to arrive around the future date requested. Orders held for delayed shipping normally ship 3-5 days before the requested arrival date, (depending on location of recipient). On average, Military APO and FPO addressess are delivered within 2-4 weeks, depending on the physical location of the recipient and speed of the US Military Postal System. For rush orders, expediated shipping is available, please contact us for shipping rates. Please Note: Although estimated delivery times have been very reliable to date. We cannot guarantee the performance of the US Postal Service or other carriers. During the holidays, you may want to place your order 3-5 days earlier than usual, to ensure timely delivery. IMPORTANT When placing your order, it is essential that you provide a correct and complete shipping address for your recipient. We cannot be responsible for gift boxes that are returned or delivered to the wrong address, due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the sender. In the event that a package is returned as undeliverable, the gift box will immediately be forwarded to the billing address on file for the sender. An additional shipping charge will apply whether the gift box is shipped to the sender or reshipped to the recipient with corrected address information. This policy includes packages returned or rerouted for any reason unless error is on the part of Lor'dans Gift Box Boutique. ORDER NOTIFICATION You will receive confirmation via email immediately after your order has been placed and again when your order ships. Please Note: Final delivery of mail to military APO and FPO addresses is handled by the US Military Postal System. Delivery and signature confirmation services, and expedited services such as UPS and USPS are not available for military packages. RETURN POLICY Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you experience a problem with any of the products included in your gift box, please contact us within 3 days of the gift box being delivered so we may resolve any concerns that you may have. We will work with you to solve the problem immediately, whether it be for replacement or refund. In order for replacement or refund to occur, depending on the nature of the problem, the entire gift box including all contents must be returned. Please include insurance on your return, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. We will then work to resolve the problem accordingly. Returns and/or exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Refunds issued will be credited in the manner in which payment for the original order was received, and issued only to the purchaser. If a package is returned due to incorrect address information provided by the sender, failure of the recipient to pick up their mail, or a determination by the US Postal Service, or other carrier, or receiving mail facility that a package is undeliverable, that package will be forwarded to the sender per the above policy immediately upon receipt. Refunds will not be issued for gift boxes deemed undeliverable due to incorrect or outdated information provided by the sender, or due to the failure of the recipient to claim their mail. SUBSTITUTIONS At times it may be necessary to substitute items depending on product availability. Please be assured that should any substitutions be made it will be of equal or greater value, quality will never be compromised. |
